Certification

Successful certification through TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH

2E has successfully passed, for the fourth time, an ISO/TS 16969 audit of quality management systems for the production of electrical connectors, sensor housings, MIDs, mechatronic assemblies and systems. 2E also successfully passed in 2003, 2006 and 2009. An additional certification, ISO 14001:2004, was awarded for the first time in 2010.

The certification was awarded as a result of several years involvement in environmental protection projects and in particular the Eco Profit project with Esslingen County. At the same time the final steps for an integrated management system were being taken, where, for example, areas such as job safety were covered.

The certification is valid until 2013.
