Series Production

We manufacture, in a specially developed, fully-automated production facility, high precision injection moulded housings with inlaid parts such as bushings and pins with press-in zones. Our development team accompanies the customers from the idea phase with a Cost- Benefit Analysis, to the production line through to our core expertise, namely precision injection moulding in mass production. Even after series start we continue to work together with the customer to optimize production and secondary processes.

Our expertise in manufacturing high quality housings in large scale runs is demonstrated by us on a daily basis in the production of housings for ESP^® sensors and side-airbag sensors.
